Sony lists hundreds of PlayStation games releasing in 2015

Even as the PlayStation 4 left its competitors in the dust for most on 2014, many still felt its lineup of exclusive games wasn’t as strong as it could have been. Sure, it got a lot of indie love with games like Octodad and Transistor, but those showed up on PC as well. As far as big, PS4-only experiences last year, Infamous: Second Son was your best bet, and that came out in February. SorryDriveclub. However, with sales in their favor, Sony wants to further its lead in 2015, and has announced the games it hopes will do just that.
On the exclusive AAA front, gothic third-person shooter The Order: 1886 is out in just a week from now while Dark Soul’s spiritual successor Bloodborne will once again test players’ masochism next month. From there it’s a lot of updates of last-gen games includingBorderlands and Devil May Cry along with multi-platform titles such as Mortal Kombat XBatman: Arkham KnightThe Witcher III: Wild Hunt, and the already released Dying Light.
Once we reach the holidays, though, the prospects get a little more exciting. Although they don’t have solid confirmed release dates yet,Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom PainUncharted 4: A Thief’s End, and a new Star Wars: Battlefront are all still scheduled for 2015.
