Xbox One supports Crossbuy for Windows 10, More Exclusives Expected

Microsoft has finally revealed their plans and it is now clear that they are planning to bring everything under one roof so that they could compete against Sony as well as every other competitor.
When the Playstation 4 and Xbox One got launched, everyone knew that they were more like computers and not consoles. The architecture, hardware and the development process are almost the same, which paved the way for many games getting launched on all platforms. Developers found it much easier to port them unless there were exclusivity deals. Ever since PS4 started winning the race, Microsoft has become really conscious about their product and is taking a completely unexpected route.
Merging Windows 10 with Xbox One
In simple terms, the idea is to merge Xbox One with the Windows 10 operating system, because on the inside, the console is powered by the same OS, more or less. Players who own the console may most probably approve of this, because unlike PS4 owners who love only their own platform, Xbox people are often associated with PC gaming as well. They use the controllers to play on Windows computers, love exclusives like Dead Rising 3 coming to the same and so on.
Within a couple of months, you will be able to buy a game for your console which will be available for you on your computer as well. Sony has had similar deals for a long time which was restricted between their PS3, PS4 and PS Vita consoles. This deal sounds more expansive because the game you buy will not only be on your computer, but on all Windows devices including smartphones and tablets. On paper, it confirms that you will be able to play a title like Gears of War or Halo on your phone, PC as well as the Xbox One console. Sounds amazing for starters!
Cross Buy and Controller Support
The first game to be launched with cross buy is Pinball FX 2 and more games will be added to the list, as the developers please, announced Phil Spencer. Controller support for the mobile devices is also under development, while PC gamers will soon receive a wireless dongle that will allow them to use Xbox One controllers wirelessly on their computers. Everything seems to be going towards a unified approach to beat their competition, which is why Spencer said, after 2000, this is the best year for the Xbox platform for many reasons.
